LioChem, a leading company in the chemical industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inks and Coating Operator-Chemical Worker. Responsibilities
- Operating assigned equipment and performing other related duties as necessary
- Following operating procedures and completing basic paperwork
- Maintaining satisfactory housekeeping levels in assigned areas
- Handling materials, including retrieving raw materials, moving materials in process, and managing the movement and storage of finished products
- Relieving breaks, lunches, and vacations
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work with hazardous chemicals
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Ability to maintain reasonable records
- Good mechanical and electrical inclination
- Physical ability to lift and move materials such as 55 lb (25kgs) packages and move full 55 gallon drums
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour. Overtime may be necessary and will be compensated accordingly.
