Job Title: Production Quality Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for the daily oversight and direction of the CNT (LIB) Division in relation to the planning and allocation of resources needed for the Production, Quality, Safety and Maintenance within the department, to achieve the production plan and maintain applicable internal and external requirements as defined by the Company, Customer or External parties.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
•Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
•Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
•Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
•Oversee the Planning and Scheduling of Raw Materials with Vendors. May be directly involved with handling at times.
•Oversee the Planning and Scheduling of Production Scheduling, including the processing of the paperwork. May be directly involved with handling at times.
•Oversee the WIP (Work in Process) and Storage Warehouse, including guidance allocating storage locations and upkeep of inventory control process.
•Oversee the Planning and Scheduling of deliveries to the customer. Will be directly involved with handling.
•Oversee the Planning and Scheduling of the Preventative Maintenance activities. May be directly involved with handling at times.
•Oversee the management of the Document Control, Calibration, Corrective and Preventative Actions, 4M Change management, etc.

•Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
•Moderate mechanical capability to troubleshoot equipment as needed.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
•Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
•Proficient with SAP or related ERP software.

Education and Experience

• Chemical Processing Experience
• Previous experience with hazardous chemicals
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
preferred

Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000
